You are:

• Educated as a baker is preferred, but a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a baker is expected.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency.
• Extensive knowledge of sourdough.
• Good knowledge of Danish, both spoken and written, plus you know English too.
• Bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods, and create new and exciting pastries.
• You can work independently and take responsibility.
• Your work is structured and clean, and has attention to detail.
• Time management and organisational skills, including managing the baker teams’ schedules.
• Work early in the morning, i.e., 3 or 4 am.
• You can collaborate with individuals from diverse nationalities.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies
