Your responsibilities as a Content Moderator:

  • Ensure user-generated content complies with platform policies
  • Make well‑considered decisions to protect the online community
  • Contribute to safe and positive user experiences
  • Apply content policies consistently and professionally
  • Handle inquiries via chat, email, or phone (depending on the project)
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows
  • Follow internal procedures and quality standards

We expect:

  • Native speaking in on of the languages: Portuguese, Slovak, German, Dutch, Czech, French, Spanish, Polish (written and spoken)
  • Good English skills
  • Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
  • Technical understanding and basic IT knowledge
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience with content moderation, social media, or customer service is a plus – but not a requirement
