- Handle inquiries via chat, email, or phone (depending on the project)
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards
We expect:
- Native speaking in on of the languages: Portuguese, Slovak, German, Dutch, Czech, French, Spanish, Polish (written and spoken)
- Good English skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
- Technical understanding and basic IT knowledge
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with content moderation, social media, or customer service is a plus – but not a requirement
