Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR – Internal Sales) to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in sales, who is eager to grow their career and make a significant impact in the German-speaking market. You will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts by engaging with clients, generating quotes, and maintaining strong relationships.

The role is situated in Aarhus, Denmark and is a great opportunity for a German sales representative already living in Mid-Jylland or someone dreaming of relocating to the hidden Scandinavian gem of Aarhus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with incoming leads and inquiries, responding promptly to customer queries and providing information about our products and services.
  • Generate quotes for inquiries from new and existing German customers.
  • Proactively follow up on quotes send to new and existing German customers.
  • Collaborate with the product team to offer tailored solutions and create proposals that address the specific needs of clients.
  • Work with the marketing team to provide insights and identify growth opportunities for better ads and marketing content.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, handling negotiations and overcoming objections to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment within the technical or industrial sector.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software is a plus.
