Enterprise Architect til Energisektoren i Esbjerg

Semco Maritime is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to strengthen our Digital & IT organization. In this role, you will play a central part in shaping and governing our enterprise architecture, ensuring a future‑proof application landscape that supports business strategy, scalability, and operational excellence.

Your position

You will act as the focal point for our enterprise architecture repository (LEAN IX) and work closely with solution architects and key stakeholders across Digital & IT and the wider organization.

As the prime driver in establishing and maintaining transparency of the current and target application landscape, you will enable informed decisions on modernization, consolidation, and investment.

Your tasks & responsibilities

• Map, document, and maintain an overview of the current and target application landscape.
• Define and govern architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps aligned with Semco Maritime’s business strategy.
• Ensure a scalable, cost-effective, and future-proof architecture across applications, integrations, and platforms.
• Act as the primary owner of the LEAN IX architecture repository and collaborate with solution architects to ensure architectural alignment.
• Provide architectural insights for portfolio planning, facilitate architecture reviews, and clearly communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Profile & qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise or strategic architecture roles within large or complex organisations, with strong knowledge of methodologies like TOGAF or SABSA.
• Demonstrated ability to pragmatically apply architecture frameworks to drive business outcomes and decision-making, with expertise in application architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise IT landscapes.
• Proficient with enterprise architecture tools (LEAN IX is a plus), and skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on analysis and guidance.
• Analytical, structured, and pragmatic problem-solver with excellent English communication skills (Danish is an advantage).
