Factory Instructor - Blade Manufacturing Training (Nakskov)

Are you ready to take the next step within renewable energy? Do you like to coordinate and have an interest in training of others in one of our blades production sites in Nakskov. Then you might be the right fit for the position, as we are searching for factory instructors with the responsibility of overseing training activities in our production fascility. 
Manufacturing > Blades> Nakskov > Training
Our training team is currently consisting of several factory instructors divided into day and night shifts (12 hour workdays from 07 - 19 and 19 - 07). We are looking for factory instructors for both shifts. 
The Nakskov factory produces offshore blades for our biggest turbines. We are approximately 1000 employees on the factory, which functions 24/7

Area of responsibility

• Has the primary task of conducting general training and supporting the Process Instructors.

Responsibilities

• Arrange, conduct, and record in LMS of all training and accredited courses for employees within the factory
• Organizing and planning of the training courses as required.
• Staying updated and maintaining technical expertise on relevant processes and accreditations
• Support Regional Training programs as required.
• Provide and update local training materials.

Qualifications/competencies

• You have a background in training/education in a production environment within support functions
• You are structured and good in planning and coordinating
• You read, write and speak Danish and English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products and IT systems
