Our focus is on high quality, reliability and good customer service. We are expanding and are now looking for a dedicated floor sander to join our team and help us deliver great results for our customers every day.

Floor Sander / Floor Technician – Full-time (Start January 2026)

We are looking for a responsible and efficient Floor Sander / Floor Technician to join Ideefix.dk in a full-time position starting January 2026.

You will be working with professional floor sanding machines, driving a company car to different customer locations and delivering high quality results on wooden floors.

Position details

• Position: Floor Sander / Floor Technician
• Employment: Full-time
• Start: January 2026
• Workdays: Monday–Friday
• Work area: [insert region – e.g. Zealand / Funen / Denmark]

The working day starts early, typically between 06:00 and 07:00, and usually finishes between 17:00 and 18:00, depending on the size of the project and your efficiency.

All machines, materials and the company car must be returned to the company address at the end of each working day.

Main tasks

• Sanding and finishing wooden floors
• Preparing surfaces and cleaning up after the job
• Handling, cleaning and maintaining floor sanding machines and other equipment
• Driving to and from customer locations in a company car
• Light customer contact on site when needed

Salary and conditions

For the first 3 months:

• You are expected to sand 650 m² in total to trigger a monthly salary of 35,000 DKK.

After the initial 3 months:

• The payment structure per square meter changes, so you can earn more based on the number of square meters you complete.
• This means your income will increase with your productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

We expect that you:

• Have experience with floor sanding or a similar craft/trade (carpentry, construction, etc.)
• Hold a valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Speak English well enough to understand instructions and communicate with colleagues
• Speaking Danish is a big advantage, but not a requirement
• Are reliable and able to start early in the morning
• Can work independently and efficiently
• Take good care of company equipment and respect customers’ homes
• Are physically fit and comfortable with manual work
