One of Europe’s leading digital banking and investment platforms is expanding its operations and growing itsClient Success Team in Greece. The company offers innovative financial solutions, including digital investment tools, ETF portfolios, and self-directed trading options - helping private clients manage their finances with transparency and ease.

They are currently looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to provide high-quality assistance across multiple channels. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing international team in the fintech industry. Front line agent and back office agents needed.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Provide support via email, chat, and phone
• Assist with account and billing updates
• Support users with platform navigation and data explanation
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex queries when needed
• Adapt to multiple tools and product lines as needed
• Anti-financial Crime (back office agent only)

Who You Are:

• High level of the German language (C1/C2 or native)
• Proficient in English (B1–B2)
• Comfortable using digital platforms
• Experience/interest in finance, stock markets, or personal investing is a plus
