WE'RE HIRING: HEAD BARISTA

Cadence group is looking for a skilled barista to join our team

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven hands-on experience with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment, with a portfolio or work sample.

Understanding of coffee origins, roasting levels, flavor profiles, and milk steaming techniques.

Great leadership and communication skills

Passionate , creative & full-time available

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training new baristas, mentoring, motivating staff

Inventory control, ordering supplies, maintaining equipment

Reliability and punctuality, showing you can be trusted to open/close and keep things running smoothly

R&D seasonal drinks

Maintain consistency and creativity in our menu
