We are now looking for a Head of Partnerships & International Relations to lead and grow our global network of partners.
The Role
This role sits at the heart of TechBBQ’s ecosystem.
You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, strengthening relationships with international stakeholders, and positioning TechBBQ as a key gateway into the Nordic startup ecosystem.
You will work with corporates, investors, embassies, trade organizations and international delegations, creating partnerships that generate both commercial value and long-term ecosystem impact.
What You’ll Do
Build and lead TechBBQ’s global partnerships strategy
Develop long-term partnerships with corporates, ecosystem organizations and international stakeholders
Manage relationships with embassies, trade organizations and international delegations

  • Identify and close new commercial partnership opportunities
  • Expand TechBBQ’s international presence and global network
  • Represent TechBBQ at ecosystem events across Europe and beyond
  • Work closely with leadership to shape how TechBBQ engages with the global startup ecosystem

Who You Are
A natural relationship builder who thrives in high-trust networks
Experienced in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem building
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across corporates, government and startups
Commercially minded with a track record of closing strategic partnerships
Passionate about startups, innovation and building global communities

  • Able to operate both strategically and hands-on
