We are seeking a dedicated and service-minded Icelandic-speaking customer service agent to join us in Greece!

📍 Workplace: From our office in Athens, Greece
🗓️ Start Date: 07.04.2026 or ASAP thereafter

As a customer service agent, you’ll be part of a dynamic Icelandic team, handling inquiries from customers for big international brands 🌍.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Recording and updating customer data in our system.

Qualifications:

• Fluent or C2 level in Icelandic (written and spoken).
• English C1 level.
• Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges.
• Good technical skills.
