About the company

S.M Gruppen ApS is a Danish company operating within construction and practical project work. Due to increased activity, we are now looking to expand our workforce with both skilled and general workers to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

Job description

We are seeking reliable and motivated employees for hands-on work in construction and related practical tasks. The positions involve both independent work and teamwork on construction sites.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Skilled Workers (Craftsmen):

• Performing construction, renovation, and installation work
• Carrying out tasks within your professional trade
• Reading and following work instructions and plans
• Ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations

General Workers / Special Workers:

• Assisting skilled workers on site
• General manual and construction-related work
• Handling and moving materials
• Site preparation, cleaning, and support tasks
• Other practical tasks as required

Requirements

• Experience from construction or similar work is an advantage
• Ability to perform physical work
• Responsible, structured, and reliable work attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to follow safety instructions
• Flexibility and motivation

Working conditions

• Full-time, permanent employment
• Salary and employment terms in accordance with Danish standards and legislation

• Work across different project sites in Denmark
