The reception is the heart of the hotel, and as a receptionist, you act as the link between departments, where your most important task is to ensure that our guests enjoy the best possible stay with us – whether it’s for an overnight stay, a meeting, or an event. Your other tasks will revolve around guest service; check-in and check-out, room bookings, answering phone calls, café sales, welcoming conference guests, guest correspondence, and collaborating with the other departments.

Who are you?

  • You have experience from the service industry
  • A colleague who stands out – efficient, with a sparkle in your eye, and who loves being at the hotel’s hub
  • A team player who can work independently but always puts the team first
  • A colleague who takes ownership of tasks and follows them through
  • A colleague who can work in an international environment
  • Someone who thrives with weekend shifts (every other weekend) and varying working hours (day/evening)
  • You speak and write English at a high level and has started to learn Danish.
