Digital Customer Experience Specialist - VIKING E-Commerce

Your role: Digital Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, structured, and commercially minded profile who thrives in understanding customer behavior and translating it into digital improvements. Your mission is to drive 'ease of doing business with VIKING' by ensuring our platforms meet customer needs and deliver a seamless experience.

Primary responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve customer journeys across our digital touchpoints
  • Identify friction points and translate insights into features, flows or content that simplify the customer experience
  • Lead initiatives to improve onboarding, self-service, and communication throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate with developers, marketing, sales and support teams to co-create impactful customer solutions
  • Own the process of documenting and communicating new digital features to internal and external users
  • Monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, conversion and digital self-service, and act on insights
  • Be the voice of the customer in our digital roadmap and development processes

About you

We imagine that you:

  • Have hands-on experience with improving digital customer journeys and have worked with UX, customer research or digital sales
  • Are self-driven and enjoy spotting opportunities where others see tasks
  • Are motivated by solving real customer pain points and bringing value to both users and the business
  • Are comfortable working across functions and translating user needs into solutions in collaboration with IT and commercial teams
  • Possess strong communication skills in both written and spoken English (Danish is a plus)
  • Experience with SAP Commerce, CRM or customer portals is a bonus, but not a requirement
