Emerson Part-Time Office Assistant - Holiday Support

Join a dynamic and diverse company in a leading international company with a global presence across 22 nationalities. Emerson comprising 60 employees at the sales office in Herlev and is seeking a motivated and outgoing part time Office Assistant.

About the Job

As the Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day operation of the office, supporting both internal employees and external stakeholders.

Your primary job tasks are:

  • Welcoming visitors, maintain parking administration and coordinating lunch and social events
  • Managing office supplie
  • Ad hoc. tasks in a busy working environment

Your profile

We are looking for a service minded candidate with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should thrive in a multicultural environment and be committed to creating a welcoming and efficient workplace.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Experience from a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional skills in English (written and oral) and with advantage in Danish
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The practical details:

Location: Lyskær 3D, 2730 Herlev
Work Hours: 20 hours a week. Monday-Friday from 08-12
Duration:One training day in week 32 and Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM in weeks 33 and 34
Salary:According to qualifications on an hourly basis
