About the Job
As the Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day operation of the office, supporting both internal employees and external stakeholders.
Your primary job tasks are:
- Welcoming visitors, maintain parking administration and coordinating lunch and social events
- Managing office supplie
- Ad hoc. tasks in a busy working environment

Required qualifications and skills:
- Experience from a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional skills in English (written and oral) and with advantage in Danish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The practical details:
Location: Lyskær 3D, 2730 Herlev
Work Hours: 20 hours a week. Monday-Friday from 08-12
Duration:One training day in week 32 and Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM in weeks 33 and 34
Salary:According to qualifications on an hourly basis
