Farm Manager Wanted – Sow Herd with 2,700 Sows

We are looking for a hands-on farm manager for our modern sow herd with 2,700 sows located near Ølgod.

As farm manager, you will play a central role in the daily operations, working closely with the owner. When the owner is not present, you will be responsible for both the pigs and the staff.

We expect that you:

• Have solid experience with sow herds and are passionate about developing both production and animal welfare.
• Can take responsibility, plan, and create structure in the daily operations.
• Are a strong leader who can motivate and collaborate with colleagues.
• "Born" language Danish, and able to communicate in English.
• Have practical skills – and can solve challenges as they arise.
