Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Freight Forwarder to join our logistics team at IJB Multiservice. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating freight and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient transport of goods.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate transport by road, follow up on delays/ad-hoc problems.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents
  • Quality Control of goods - loading/unloading
  • Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers and agents
  • Track and monitor shipments, resolving delays or operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with Danish transport regulations
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems to ensure better planning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and logistics partners
  • Optimization of routes for our clients all over the Denmark via CRM

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 0–2 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport coordination
  • Good IT skills (e.g., CRM, transport management systems)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; freight management software experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Danish or other languages are an asset
  • Flexibility to work in variable shifts as per the need of the business
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
