As part of our customer support team, you will handle inquiries from customers of a well-known international brand.
What you’ll do:
- Answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide friendly and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Keep customer information up to date in our system.
What we’re looking for:
- Native-level or fluent Greek (written and spoken).
- Good English skills (B2–C1).
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good technical/computer skills.
