Group Financial Controller at BIG - International Finance Role
We’re looking for a Group Financial Controller to join our office in Copenhagen, supporting our CFO and Finance Manager and being a part of a Finance department of 7 in Copenhagen.

As the Group Financial Controller, you will support our offices around the world ensuring compliance and accurate finance deliveries to the management and leadership. You will handle several different tasks and collaborate with many stakeholders on our different offices.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Finance Manager and CFO with various tasks
- Handling of international accounting principles and transfer pricing incl transfer pricing reporting
- Managing and overseeing international payroll administration
- Formalization and ongoing optimization of financial processes and systems
- Handle global mobility questions
- Handle complex international VAT, tax, reconciliation etc.
- Monthly reporting, assisting Finance Manager and CFO to finalize analysis and figures
- Assist with budget preparation, follow up and updating forecast
- Assist at audits
- Manage internal/external stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate:
- Savvy number cruncher with ability to analyze and present findings
- Relevant work experience in similar role, at least 2-4 years
- Relevant financial education such as Cand. merc., HD (R) or similar
- Previous experience with Int. accounting/financial controlling from an international organization
- Previous experience handling international tax matters
- Is highly proficient in Excel
- Responsible, self-driven and independent
- Must be able to move in both the overall framework as in details
- Handle many simultaneous deadlines and tasks
- Must work systematically and structured
- Enjoys a busy and creative environment
- Is comfortable with fast-paced decisions and rapidly changing environments
- Professional proficiency in Danish and English
