Head Chef - Organic Indian Cuisine at Bindia

We operate 9 take-away outlets in Copenhagen and the surrounding area – and run a 600 m² central production kitchen in Rødovre, where all our food is prepared and distributed.
At Bindia, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Chef for our central kitchen. You master both healthy Indian dishes and enjoy innovating new ones. We work with organic ingredients and healthy cooking without additives – and we are the only Indian food business in Denmark certified with 30–60% organic.
About You
- Experienced in Indian cuisine – flavour, technique, and traditions
- Skilled in preparing healthy Indian meals and inspired to develop new dishes
- Experience in catering and managing multiple tasks at the same time
- Comfortable taking responsibility within a team and leading others
- Experience at an international level with a strong focus on quality and precision
- Able to maintain oversight in a busy production kitchen
- Creative and inventive – capable of developing new recipes and improving existing ones
- Several years of experience and a stable work history – not someone who changes jobs every year
