Vi søger en dygtig chefkok til vores restaurant Tiger Asiastisk restaurant ApS med specielt koncept til Asiatisk mad

Vi forventer:

• Du er ansvarlig, serviceminde og fleksible
• Erfaring med tilberette af råvarer (inkl. grøntsager og kød)
• Kendskab til Asiatisk retter (især wok retter og Vietnamesisk mad)

Din opgaver:

• Ledelse af køkken
• Produktion af varmer retter
• Kontrol af hygiejne og sikkerhed i restauranten

We are looking for a skilled head chef for our restaurant Tiger Asiastisk restaurant ApS, which features a unique concept focused on Asian cusine

We expect:

• You are responsible, service-minded, and flexible
• Experience with preparing raw ingredients (including vegetables and meat)
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine (especially wok dishes and Vietnamese food)

Your tasks:

• Management of the kitchen
• Preparation of hot dishes
• Ensuring hygiene and safety in the restaurant
