Metal Processing Technician - Try & Hire at Randstad

Do you have experience working with iron and metal? Then your next career step could be with us in Skævinge!

Our factory is a key supplier to the automotive industry, producing high-quality aluminum - from raw material to finished spare parts.

We're looking for dedicated colleagues with practical experience in metal processing. While you don't need to be an expert in everything, you must have previously worked with iron or metal and be familiar with tasks like:

your tasks will include metal processing

  • Sawing

  • Cleaning

  • Grinding and fettling

  • Welding

your profile and skills

  • You have a craftsmanship background and/or relevant experience from a production environment.

  • You are systematic and committed to delivering high-quality results.

  • You have a keen interest in technology and machines.

  • You are reliable, positive, and an excellent team player.

  • You are proficient in speaking Danish or English.

we offer you

This is a Try & Hire position, meaning you start with us on a temporary basis with the clear goal of securing permanent employment.

  • Salary according to qualifications

  • Optional pay account ("Fritvalgskonto") and pension scheme

  • Permanent employment after the trial period

working hours

This is a regular day shift. You will typically start between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, while some flexibility is possible.
