Part-Time Academic Employee - Hort2Future EU Project at CBS
Copenhagen Business School invites applications for a part-time position as academic employee (AC-TAP) at the Hort2Future EU project. The position will be placed at the Department of Marketing.
The project has 28 member institutions from Denmark, Norway, Germany, the UK, Serbia, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Hungary, the Netherlands, North Macedonia and Croatia.

Responsibilities
- To monitor project progress against milestones and deliverable timelines, ensuring compliance with the project plan and EU guidelines.
- To coordinate and contribute to the timely submission of project deliverables and outputs.
- To support the preparation of technical and financial reports for the Hort2theFuture project, in line with both internal CBS requirements and EU regulations.
- To assist in the organization of project meetings, workshops, and dissemination activities (such as conferences, publications, and newsletters).
- To interact and collaborate with all the partners of the project.
- To liaise with CBS staff and carry out project-related administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance.
- To establish communication and cooperation with project stakeholders and associated partners as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with EU funding frameworks or regulations (e.g., Horizon Europe, FP7, H2020).
- Ability to communicate and write fluently in English.
- Ability to take initiative, work as part of a team and liaise effectively with relevant partners.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience of working on EU collaborative research projects, including the preparation of deliverables; experience working with project management software Jira.
- Experience organizing project meetings, workshops, or similar events.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail, especially in reporting and documentation.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Possess an MSc degree (or higher) in any of the relevant disciplines (e.g. Agricultural Economics, Marketing, Sustainability and Marketing)
Salary and employment conditions
Employment and remuneration are in accordance with the current agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the AC organizations. The position is funded by the project and is limited to the activities related to the project. The position is 18.5 hours per week, and it is desired to be filled as soon as possible, preferably by September 1, 2025.
