Part-Time Administrative Assistant at Tamigo - Houten, NL

TAMIGO ApS, Copenhagen, Denmark, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for Houten, the Netherlands.

Combine Admin & HR in One Versatile Role

As a European SaaS company, we help international retail and hospitality chains streamline their Workforce Management. Our energetic and entrepreneurial Dutch team is looking for a colleague responsible for office administration.

In this part-time role (16–20 hours), you will also support HR activities around onboarding and team events. From invoicing and payments to HR support – you manage the daily administrative processes and oversee the workplace to ensure it remains professional and presentable.

What will you do?

As the primary point of contact for administrative functions, you will manage a variety of tasks with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Your duties will be split between office management and financial administration.

Office Administration:
• Oversee office facilities management, including supply procurement and maintaining a professional work environment.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle events, from onboarding new hires to facilitating offboarding procedures.
• Organise internal team events and activities to promote employee engagement.
• Coordinate office logistics, including repairs and travel bookings.

Finance
• Manage the full invoicing cycle, accounts receivable, and serve as the primary contact for all invoice queries.
• Support payroll, tax filings, and the month-end close while acting as the main liaison with our external accountants.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data across systems.

About you
• Experience with basic administrative and/or financial tasks (invoicing, payments).
• Service-oriented, structured, and strong communication skills.
• Reliable and discreet with confidential information.
• Very good level of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
