Your Position:

Join our Transitional Energies division as a Senior Project Manager and become part of a dedicated team at the forefront of the energy transition. You will lead complex, large-scale projects across conventional and emerging energy sectors, driving innovation and excellence in project execution.

Your base will be at our global headquarters in Esbjerg, a pivotal hub in Denmark’s energy industry. This full-time position includes up to 20 travel days per year, offering stunning waterfront views and a vibrant working environment.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of significant large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide inspiring leadership, defining clear roles and responsibilities for your project teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Facilitate steering committees, support tender processes, and engage in contract negotiations.
  • Manage complex project budgets, maintaining strict accountability for all project activities.
  • Uphold our strong safety culture by adhering to rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards.

Your Profile & Qualifications:

We are seeking a proactive, organized Senior Project Manager who excels in a multidisciplinary technical environment and is driven to achieve outstanding results. You should be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating diverse teams.

  • A technical or engineering background.
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale projects, particularly in the energy sector and ideally with projects covering electromechanical and civil works.
  • Strong experience in client relations, stakeholder management, and navigating complex tender processes.
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Deep familiarity with both offshore and onshore energy projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry-specific safety standards.
