Warehouse Operative – Container Unloading & Order Picking (Vejle)

BECH Personale is looking for full-time Warehouse Operatives for container unloading and order picking in Vejle.

About the Job

This role is ideal for candidates who like a mix of physical tasks and structured picking work. You will be part of a strong warehouse team handling incoming goods and preparing orders for shipment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Unloading containers mainly with clothing goods
• Sorting and organising items in the warehouse an prepare for inbound registration
• Picking customer orders using scanner systems
• Preparing goods for packing and shipment
• Supporting your team when workloads get high

This work requires good physical stamina and a stable work ethic.

About You

You thrive in an active role where you are constantly moving and contributing to warehouse flow.

You are:

• Reliable, punctual, and ready for full-time work
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and unloading
• Able to work at a steady pace throughout the day
• A team player with a practical mindset
• Able to communicate in Danish or English

Warehouse experience is an advantage, but motivation and work attitude matter the most.

Work Hours

• Day shift: 07:30 – 15:30
• Evening shift: 15:30 – 23:30
  (Full-time only – both shifts finish 30 minutes earlier on Fridays.)

Salary

• 170 DKK per hour
• Evening allowance added after 18:00
