Marketing & e‑commerce manager i Horsens
Trendhim is a global E-commerce company specializing in fashion-driven accessories and lifestyle products for men, operating across more than 30 markets.
We are looking for a commercially driven Marketing & E-commerce Manager to join our E-commerce team. In this role, you will take full ownership of E-commerce & marketing projects and manage your own business segments. Your focus is on driving growth across both performance marketing and e-commerce through CRM, Meta, Google, on-site conversion optimisation, and strong commercial execution across markets.
One of your first key priorities will be to take full ownership of growth and performance in 1-2 selected markets. You will build relevant growth plans and execute market-specific initiatives. You will manage budget and optimise the channel mix across Google, Meta, and CRM to maximise performance. You will work cross departments and functions and drive meaningful impact across the business with a focus to strengthen Trendhim’s market position through marketing initiatives and holistic testing and optimization.
The position is full-time and based at Trendhim’s headquarters in Horsens, Denmark, where you’ll be part of a fast-paced, ambitious environment with a strong commercial focus.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Marketing & E-commerce Manager, you will work hands-on with e-commerce, performance marketing, commercial growth initiatives, and cross-functional optimization across markets. The position does not include people management from the start, but carries significant responsibility for business development responsibility and cross functional stakeholder management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving performance and revenue growth across paid and owned channels in your business segments.
- Manage and execute broader marketing initiatives and cross-market projects.
- Developing structured growth plans for 1-2 markets as one of your first key projects.
- Drive E-commerce projects across teams involving website optimization, marketing and category.
- Contribute in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, and CRM. And define and optimize channel mix in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Automated flows, working with customer segmentation, attribution and marketing across channels.
- Test, optimize, and scale activities based on performance.

The Ideal Profile
This role is ideal for someone with 4-5+ years of experience in marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, or commercial roles, preferably within a fashion or lifestyle company.
We imagine that you:
- Have hands-on experience with performance marketing and e-commerce (Google, Meta & CRM)
- Have worked with growth planning and execution.
- Understands the role of branding in building long-term fashion-driven market position
- Has a strong understanding of P&L responsibility, ROAS and performance-driven decision-making.
- Has a broad marketing understanding - from branding to performance
- Recognizes how product, pricing, positioning, trends, and channel mix impact performance
- Has comfortably adopted AI and strive for automation workflows to improve marketing processes
- Are comfortable working with data and using it to drive decisions
- Are fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken
