Production Worker

As a Production Worker, you will ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality before leaving our facility. Working closely with the production team, you will contribute to timely deliveries, precise manufacturing, and continuousprovide a feedback to improvef processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce, assemble, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
• Test and inspect electronic and mechanical components to ensure quality standards.
• Perform modifications, post-processing, and rework, including component changes and precision soldering under a microscope.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and production reports accurately.
• Contribute to process improvements, problem-solving, and ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Support the team in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized production environment.
• No technical troubleshooting is expected - you need to follow instructions and report discrepancies on time.

Requirements

General and Professional Skills

• High school completion is required; technical or vocational education is an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar production or technical role is an advantage.
• Strong logical thinking, numerical sensitivity, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in reading, understanding, and following work instructions in English; both written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrates a results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Able to learn and consistently apply company procedures, work standards, and quality systems.

Technical Skills

• Experience with testing electronics and mechanical components.
• Ability to perform modifications, rework, and soldering under a microscope.
• Familiarity with reporting, maintaining technical documentation, and process compliance.
