Your mission

Deliver technical maintenance and repairs across our residential portfolio, ensuring tenants’ comfort and building compliance. You will be a visible representative of DustiQ and a key contributor to tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (basic carpentry, property cleaning, bulk waste sorting, fixtures, repairs and maintenance that doesent require a certificate).
• Inspect building systems and report or fix issues (heating, ventilation, water systems).
• Diagnose faults.
• Document work, parts used, and time for invoicing and inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and company workflows.
• Occasional weekend or on‑call shifts to support urgent tenant needs. (Full‑time, 37 hours/week).

Who we’re looking for, profile:

• Practical experience in building maintenance, facility services, or as a handyman.
• Technical skills in at least one of: basic carpentry, property cleaning, maintenance, or basic repair.
• Structured, solution‑oriented approach and strong communication in English with tenants and colleagues.
