Restaurant (Café) Manager – Puffs'n Stuff

About the Position

Puffs’n Stuff is a fast-growing dessert café known for fluffy pancakes, waffles, cookie dough and premium

shakes. We are now looking for a dedicated Café Manager who can combine strong leadership with hands-

on kitchen skills.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

1. Create weekly staff schedules

2. Coordinate daily staffing needs

3. Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training

Operational Oversight

1. Handle stock orders and receive deliveries

2. Ensure the café is clean, organised, and visually appealing

3. Maintain smooth daily workflows

Financial Control

1. Manage daily cash handling and balancing

2. Oversee inventory and minimise waste

3. Support efficient cost control

Hands-on Production

1. Actively participate in preparing pancakes, cookie dough, lava cakes, shakes and other menu items

2. Ensure consistent product quality

Quality and Hygiene Standards

1. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety

2. Perform basic maintenance of kitchen equipment

What We Are Looking For

1.Experience in managing or supervising a café, restaurant, or dessert shop

2. Experience making desserts similar to our products is an advantage.

3.Strong communication and organisational skills

4. Ability to motivate a team and handle busy hours confidently

5.Fluent English (Danish is a plus)

6. A responsible, positive attitude and a willingness to work flexibly (morning/afternoon/evening)
