We are looking for a dedicated and structured leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.

You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service and an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant
• Plan staff schedules and assign daily tasks
• Ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction
• Work closely with the kitchen team on daily operations
• Handle ordering of goods and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Train and develop team members

Qualifications

• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, café, or similar setting
• Strong teamwork skills and a structured approach to work
• Responsible and service-minded
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in English
