Sales Coordinator wanted for stable company
About the Role
We are looking for a structured and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and customer follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases
- Communicate with customers regarding inquiries, documentation, and order status
- Assist in planning sales meetings and presentations
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient processes
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales support, coordinator, or administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
