About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, and customer follow-ups
• Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases
• Communicate with customers regarding inquiries, documentation, and order status
• Assist in planning sales meetings and presentations
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient processes

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support, coordinator, or administrative role
