SCADA Specialist - Offshore Wind Project (Poland 🇵🇱)

Plant Supervision is looking for an experienced SCADA Specialist to join an exciting offshore wind project in Poland (Baltic Sea region).

You will play a key role in the control of the SCADA system for a substation supporting an offshore wind farm — ensuring reliable communication and control across all systems.

🔧 Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and support installation of SCADA and network equipment on site
• Coordinate system integration and interface testing with power and protection systems
• Ensure compliance with communication and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with international teams, local contractors, and vendors
• Report progress, issues, and testing results to the project management team

✅ Your Profile

• Proven experience as a SCADA Engineer / Site Engineer in wind, power, or energy infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLC, and communication systems
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges independently
• Must hold an EU passport (eligible to work in Poland)
