  • Provide senior technical guidance and supervision to bioanalysts, researchers, and students in sample preparation, data acquisition, and workflow execution.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, chemists, pathologists, and bioinformaticians to translate proteomics data into clinically meaningful insights.
  • Lead LC and LC-MS–based method development for comprehensive characterization of proteins, peptides, and biologics.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital quality systems, maintaining high standards of documentation, data integrity, and traceability.
  • Present results, progress, and methodological updates in departmental, interdisciplinary, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented, and patient-focused laboratory culture, supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

What We Expect

  • Hold a degree in proteomics, analytical chemistry, biomedicine, bioengineering, or a related field (PhD or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Have substantial hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS method development and maintenance.
  • Bring strong expertise in MS-based proteomics (DIA, DDA, PRM).
  • Have experience with data processing, QC, and visualization; Python or R is an advantage.
