Shift Leader

With three busy locations, we run on two pillars: Systems & Structure, using clear routines and logic to keep service smooth and consistent, and Human Interaction & Service, focusing on connecting with guests and supporting your team.

The RoleAs a Shift Leader, you’ll learn our daily operations, floor and bar, and gradually take ownership of the café’s flow. You’ll help create a welcoming guest experience, keep energy high, and support your team. This is your chance to grow in a company that values both quality and culture.

Responsibilities

• Support opening and closing shifts
• Greet and serve guests with warmth
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
• Support the team across all areas of the café
• Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
• Learn and grow coffee knowledge and café operations

Who You Are

• Experienced in hospitality or the service industry
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm under pressure
• Detail-oriented, consistent, and motivated to learn
• Collaborative, low-ego, and service-oriented
• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
• Reliable, accountable, and ready to take responsibility
• Comfortable working weekdays and weekends
