Are you a strong communicator with a passion for helping others? Do you dream of living and working in one of Europe’s most historic countries? We’re looking for a dedicated and service-minded Slovak-speaking Customer Service Agent and Content moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece!

📍 Location: Athens, Greece
🛂 EU Passport Required

📅 Starting date: 26/01/2026!

Your Role: As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be part of a dynamic international team supporting customers of major global brands. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Providing friendly and efficient solutions to customer issues
• Recording and updating customer information in our system
• Content reviewing on SOME

What You’ll Bring:

• Fluency in Slovak (C2 level – written and spoken)
• Solid English skills (B2 level)
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations
• Basic technical skills
