Store Manager / Café Manager – Full-time i Holbæk

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager / Café Manager to join our café and take responsibility for the daily operations.

About the position

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the café, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high level of customer service. You will also assist with practical tasks related to the operation of the café when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the daily operations of the café
• Ensuring excellent customer service and guest experience
• Staff coordination, planning, and supervision
• Inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Maintaining hygiene and quality standards
• Assisting with hands-on operational tasks when required

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in café, restaurant, or retail management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Good communication skills (English required; Danish is an advantage)
• Flexibility and willingness to assist in daily operations

Employment conditions

• Full-time position: 37–40 hours per week
• Monthly salary: DKK 37,000–40,000 gross (including pension and holiday allowance), depending on qualifications and experience
• Workplace: Denmark, Holbæk
