Employee - Strategic Planning, Goal Management, Stocking

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated employee to join our team, who can handle both strategic and operational tasks. You will play a central role in driving our company forward, while ensuring effective operations across our stores.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to achieve the company's goals.

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and internal data to identify opportunities and threats.

• Participate in managing at least one of the large chains.

• Coordinate tasks for employees in North and Central Jutland, including:

  • Communication between all parties.
  • Data collection and optimization.
  • Developing collaboration with customers both short-term and long-term.

Goal Management and Resource Management:

• Set clear goals and KPIs to measure success.
• Monitor and report progress toward strategic goals.
• Assess the need for new methods or processes to support strategic initiatives.

Risk Management:

• Identify and evaluate risks that may impact the company’s strategic goals.
• Develop strategies for risk management.
• Provide support and guidance regarding organizational changes.

Non-Strategic Tasks:

• Restocking items in the store (both frozen and grocery items delivered on euro pallets).
• Organize and tidy up the store after restocking.
• Participate in inventory counts (stocktaking) in the store 2-4 times a year.
• Help set up new store "Space" layouts (2 times annually).
• Oversee several stores to ensure correct stock replenishment and store organization.

We are looking for a person who:

• Has experience with strategic planning and goal management.
• Is structured and able to manage both strategic and operational tasks.
• Is proactive and takes responsibility for both projects and daily operations.
• Has experience in leadership and task coordination across multiple departments.
• Is flexible and willing to take on both strategic and hands-on tasks.
• Is comfortable working on weekends.
• Is willing to be on call (6:00 PM - 11:30 PM) and be ready to attend stores as needed.
