Swedish‑speaking Helpdesk Supporter – Technical support team hos SeeSafe i Næstved
Would you like to work with technical support and helpdesk in a company that delivers CCTV and security solutions across Europe?
SeeSafe is looking for a Swedish-speaking Helpdesk Supporter for our technical support function in Næstved, who can assist our Swedish customers. You will become part of a professional team working with 1st level support, troubleshooting, and the technical operation of camera and security systems.
We are looking for someone with technical understanding, structure, and a desire to develop professionally—not necessarily a fully trained IT specialist.
Your Responsibilities
- 1st level support via phone and email
- Troubleshooting CCTV, alarm, and security systems
- Remote configuration and adjustment of equipment
- Creating and managing support cases in the ticketing system
- Coordinating with technicians when on-site service is required
- Documentation and follow-up on cases
- Continuous improvement of support and operational processes
Part of the communication will take place in Swedish and English, as we work with customers and partners in several European countries. Sweden will be one of your primary areas of responsibility.

- Communicate professionally in Swedish and English, and possibly Danish (not a requirement)
