Team Leader – Café Shift Leader

The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Shift Leader to take ownership of daily café operations and lead the team during service. You set the standard on the floor, ensure smooth execution, and deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional seeking a stable, long-term position in a quality-focused café

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage opening and closing shifts
• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Set the standard for guest experience through professional, warm, and efficient service
• Supervise and coordinate the team during service, delegating tasks and supporting performance
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  Handle payments, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations
• Support training and onboarding of new team members

Who You Are

• 5–7+ years of experience in hospitality, café, or restaurant operations
• Previous experience leading shifts or supervising teams
• Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions independently
• Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
• Strong team player with a service mindset, naturally engaging, able to connect easily with both guests and teammates.
