We are seeking a highly structured, forward-looking, and detail-oriented Transformation Manager who is motivated by driving clarity, coordination, and momentum across transformation initiatives. About the role
This role is pivotal in ensuring Actona Group delivers on its strategic transformation agenda. You will help shape and maintain our transformation roadmaps, ensure linkage to financial impact, and drive alignment and accountability across functions. With significant exposure to senior leadership, you will play an important role in informing executive decisions and strengthening the governance processes that drive momentum and clarity across the transformation agenda.

You will join the newly established Transformation & People Office and report to the VP Transformation & People. You will work closely with initiative leads, Finance, senior leadership, and a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders involved in key transformation priorities. The role offers strong opportunities to learn, influence, and contribute to large-scale change across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop structured transformation roadmaps with clear timelines, milestones, and expected EBITDA impact.
  • Maintain up-to-date plans and insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement governance to track progress, impact, risks, and required mitigations.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials, capture actions, and secure timely follow-through for leadership meetings and board meetings.
  • Secure alignment, manage interdependencies across functions and resolve barriers across teams to maintain momentum.
  • Develop selected Group communication linked to corporate priorities and progress.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • A master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in transformation, strategy execution, or large-scale program management.
  • Strong financial understanding and ability to link initiatives to corporate performance (EBITDA, P&L).
  • Proven experience with planning and coordinating complex transformation initiatives, including roadmap development and interdependency management.
  • Forward-looking with strong execution discipline.
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Analytically strong, able to work with data, logic, and structured problem solving.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented with high integrity.
