Waiter / Service Assistant (Adults-Only Hotel)

Step into the world of Ærø Hotel — Denmark’s only adults-only hotel — and become an important part of our restaurant team.
We are currently looking for engaged, responsible, and flexible individuals who enjoy creating warm, professional dining experiences for our guests.

About Ærø Hotel

Ærø Hotel is located within walking distance of Marstal’s centre on the idyllic island of Ærø, surrounded by the beautiful South Funen Archipelago.
With 100 rooms, 3 conference rooms, and a kitchen where every dish is prepared with care, we strive to create memorable stays for guests from Denmark and abroad.

Responsibilities (Restaurant & Service)

• Assisting lunch, and dinner service
• Serving guests and providing friendly, professional table service
• Setting and clearing tables
• Washing dishes and keeping service areas clean and organised
• Supporting guest comfort and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Helping the restaurant team where needed

Salary

• Waiter / service duties: 135 DKK/hour (approx. €18.10/hour)
