Warehouse and Logistics Assistant – key role in financial company in Copenhagen
While most of the city is still asleep, the working day has already begun for us. Every morning, the flow of deliveries, mail, and goods starts arriving and needs to be handled, registered, and distributed to the right places within the organization.
We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Assistant who thrives on responsibility, structure, and an active workday – and who wants to play an important role in the daily operations of a large financial company in the heart of Copenhagen.
Our logistics team plays a central role in keeping the organization running smoothly. From the moment goods and mail arrive at the building until they are registered, sorted, and delivered to the right recipients, it is the team that ensures everything runs efficiently and professionally.
Your day-to-day work
Your workday starts early – at 04:00 AM – where you, together with your colleagues, ensure that the day’s deliveries are received and handled correctly. You will work with everything from goods reception and registration to mail handling and internal distribution within the building.
The tasks are varied and the pace can be fast, but you will be part of a team where colleagues support each other and solve tasks together.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and registering goods and deliveries
- Handling and distributing internal and external mail
- Registering and managing incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinating deliveries within the building
- Maintaining order and structure in warehouse and logistics areas
- Contributing to strong teamwork and collaboration
Who are you?
We imagine you are someone who enjoys keeping things organized and under control. You appreciate structure and overview, and you take responsibility for your tasks. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to a positive atmosphere and strong collaboration.
Your attitude towards work is more important than your job title.
Ideally, you:
- Are reliable and punctual (also early in the morning)
- Work in a structured and organized manner
- Enjoy physical work and an active workday
- Have strong collaboration skills
- Have experience with warehouse work, logistics, or mail handling (an advantage, but not a requirement)
