Marbæk Købmand Kvik Spar, a long-standing business in Frederikssund, is expanding with a newly established restaurant concept. To support this new venture, we are looking for two (2) full-time cooks to join our kitchen team. If you are motivated, hardworking, and passionate about food, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a new and exciting restaurant project. There will be opening new restaurants in the new year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and cooking of meals according to menu and quality standards
• Support daily kitchen tasks: chopping, prepping, mise-en-place, cleaning
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Follow hygiene and food-safety regulations at all times
• Work efficiently during busy service hours
• Assist with stock control and ordering when necessary

Requirements:

• Experience working as a cook or kitchen assistant (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic English or Danish communication skills
• Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
