A La Carte Chef – Staff accommodation available

Birksø Hotels Tønderhus is currently looking for a skilled and passionate Chef with strong à la carte experience to join our kitchen team.

We are seeking a dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes and memorable dining experiences for our guests.

About the Position

• Position: A La Carte Chef or kitchen helper
• Working Hours: 37 hours per week
• Schedule: 5 working days per week - always off on sundays
• Contract: Fixed-term contract until January 1st, 2027
• Future Opportunity: Possibility of a permanent contract.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has proven experience working with à la carte service
• Is organized, efficient, and quality-conscious
• Can work independently as well as part of a team with 2-4 people.
• Is flexible and ready to contribute positively to the kitchen environment
• Speaks English as a minimum
