Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Agent – Join Us in Athens, Greece!

Are you a strong communicator with a passion for customer service? Or are you fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and interested in working as a Content Moderator Specialist? Do you dream of living and working in one of Europe’s most vibrant countries?

We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Greece - either on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere in the country (equipment will be provided and shipped to you).

📍 Location: Athens or remote within Greece
🚀 Start Date: As soon as possible

About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a dynamic, international team supporting well-known global brands. You will handle customer inquiries and deliver excellent service across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (frontline support), or perform online/offline content moderation
• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Accurately record and update customer information in internal systems
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Native-level or C2 proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken)
• Minimum B2 level in English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges professionally
• Basic technical skills
• Experience with social media (SoMe) platforms is considered an advantage.
