Your Role:

You’ll be the voice of Mercedes, helping Portuguese-speaking customers with everything from product inquiries to technical support. Your empathy, communication skills, and love for customer service will make a real impact - and add international experience to your CV.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Assist with questions about car purchases, leasing, service contracts, and product details
• Provide solutions to technical issues and share knowledge about new models and features
• Create exceptional customer experiences with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with a talented, global team and grow in an international environment

What You Bring:

• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Good English skills (B1-B2)
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Basic technical understanding and an interest in the automotive industry
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating great customer experiences
