“Den Røde Cottage” has been a restaurant for only private parties and meetings for the past two years, but will also open as a lunch in the new year. We have also been running both “Raadvad Kro” and “Den Gule Cottage” for many years, so we are looking forward to another exciting restaurant adventure.

Our cuisine is strongly inspired by both French and Danish cuisine.

We make everything from scratch and highly value good ingredients.

Today we consist of a small team of committed employees, where we value teamwork and a professional and creative working environment.

About the Position

We are looking for 1 skilled chef for our restaurant.

As a chef with us, you will be involved in the entire production:

• Starters and hot dishes
• Food for large events
• Mise en place and service
• Quality assurance and taste
• Possibility to have your own areas of responsibility depending on experience

Working hours:

• You will be part of a fixed shift schedule.

• Have experience in the culinary profession
• Understand the structure, taste and pace of a professional kitchen
• Contribute to a good atmosphere and strong collaboration
• Fluent in English
