Construction Supervisor for growing company in Denmark

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team.

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsable for supervising daily activities on site, coordinating workers and subcontractors, and ensuring that work is carried out according to drawings, schedules, safety rules, and quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Daily supervision and management of construction sites.
• Coordinate of workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Follow up on schedules, materials and progress.
• Report to management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor role within the Construction industry.
• Proven experience in site supervision and coordination of workers and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of health & safety rules on construction sites.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independetly and make decisions on site.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic English required ( Danish is an advantage)
• Driving License is ann advantage.
