Copenhagen Coffee Lab is a specialty coffee brand grounded in Scandinavian quality, craftsmanship and warm hospitality. With a strong focus on premium coffee and consistent execution, the brand delivers high standards of service — even in a fast‑paced airport environment. The store is operated by Avolta (HMSHost), a global leader in travel retail and food & beverage operations.

What Will You Do?

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the unit.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the daily operations of the unit
  • Ensuring guests have a great experience and proactively monitoring guest feedback
  • Forecasting, planning and managing staffing
  • Attracting, recruiting, onboarding, training and managing the team efficiently
  • Efficiently managing inventory and controlling costs and waste
  • Implementing strategies to maximize profitability
  • Driving the unit towards achieving its financial goals
  • Maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and airport regulations
  • Creating, maintaining and being responsible for a positive and safe working environment

Who Are You?

To succeed in this role, managerial experience within a coffee environment is mandatory.

You have:

  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in food & beverage, specifically within a coffee concept
  • Proven experience leading teams in a coffee‑focused operation
  • A leadership style that inspires, motivates and brings out the best in team members
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, POS systems and time & attendance software
  • Strong planning skills with an eye for detail
  • Business proficiency in English
  • Fluency in Danish is desirable
  • Flexibility

Airport Security Requirement
You must be able to provide documentation and a clean criminal record for the last 5 years to pass airport security clearance, in accordance with Danish regulation #979:
