The role
You will provide first-line customer support to our German and international customers, mainly via phone and email. Working closely with Sales, R&D, Quality, and shipping, you will ensure fast, professional, and solution-oriented support.
Your responsibilities
- Support customers with product, software, invoicing, upselling, and replacement inquiries, owning each case from start to finish
- Resolve and escalate issues as needed
- Guide customers through software installation
- Become an expert in Cortrium’s products and software
- Capture customer feedback and feature requests
- Assist the shipping team to ensure efficient deliveries when needed
Who you are
- Native German speaker and fluent in English
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Structured, reliable, and comfortable with technology
- Customer service experience preferred (technical support not required)
